Dear All
A few years ago, my understanding of disability was limited. I had no idea that nearly 80% of disabilities can be invisible - and to this day, that fact still surprises me. While working with various organizations and corporations, I began to notice just how widespread this lack of awareness really was.
I saw the need to challenge many of the stereotypes surrounding disability in the workplace. At the same time, I came to realize how crucial education is in building diverse and inclusive teams. I understood that people with disabilities often face more mental than physical barriers when looking for a job. And I also recognized the doubts and challenges that employers encounter. That’s when I felt a strong calling to create a safe space for dialogue, understanding, and shared values.
We made it happen! Our foundation became that safe space. For years, we’ve been helping companies include people with disabilities and build diverse, inclusive workplace cultures. At the same time, we promote the employment of people with disabilities in the open labor market. We also recruit on behalf of companies and support candidates in building their careers.
Say YES with us!
