We believe that:

There is no diversity without disability

We share this idea with companies and help them become inclusive employers.

We say YES to disability!
What about you?

Who we are

Every day, we promote employment and inclusion of people with disabilities in the open labour market. We help companies build a culture of inclusivity and create diverse teams where equal opportunities lead to professional growth.

We educate employers and share good practices based on international standards. We challenge stereotypes and popular myths about disability in the workplace.

We help companies benefit from hiring people with disabilities and unlock the potential of diverse teams.

We support people with disabilities who want to grow professionally and build their careers.

We show what it means to be an “Employer who says YES.”

A woman with a left arm prosthesis works at a computer in a modern office. She is wearing headphones, with a code-filled screen in front of her and plants and décor in the background. A man in a wheelchair works at a desk with a laptop and a large monitor. Charts are visible on the screen. In the background, a lamp and shelving unit.

Our values

  • We believe

that regardless of ability level, we all have strengths and great professional potential. In every person, there is a talent waiting to be discovered and a chance to grow – especially in a diverse team.

  • We think

that true success comes from well-planned, long-term education on the power of diversity and the benefits of including people with disabilities in teams.

  • We understand

that people with disabilities face physical and mental barriers to employment. At the same time, we are aware of employers' concerns and challenges. That’s why we create a safe space for dialogue and understanding.

  • We know

that, according to the WHO, there are 1.3 billion people with disabilities worldwide – and that, with age, anyone can acquire a disability. We strive for a more accessible and inclusive labour market for all, including ourselves.

  • We remember

that real change is driven by market leaders. By supporting large companies in disability inclusion, we inspire other employers to open up to diversity.

  • We recognise

that many people with disabilities aspire to professional growth. We assist them in improving their qualifications, provide career guidance , and direct them to inclusive employers.

What we do

We work hand in hand with corporations and large companies, because we know their leadership is essential to building an inclusive labour market for people with disabilities.

We offer comprehensive support because we understand that diversity requires diverse actions. We provide ready-to-use solutions, as well as tailor-made programmes aligned with DEI, ESG, and CSR strategies.

Examples of what we do:

  • Interactive and varied webinars
  • Trainings for HR and management teams
  • Recruitment of people with disabilities
  • Educational newsletters and online quizzes
  • Disability experience stations
  • Increasing the employment rate without new hires
  • Supporting a hotline for obtaining a disability certificate
