How we help

We offer comprehensive support to companies because we understand that building a culture of diversity and inclusivity for people with disabilities requires a wide range of actions.

Below, you’ll find our original and proven solutions in three key areas: (1) inclusive education, (2) inclusive recruitment, and (3) supporting activities.

We also create tailor-made programmes aligned with a given company’s current DEI and ESG strategies — based on international standards developed by the ILO Global Business and Disability Network.

Inclusive education

  • Engaging webinars:
    '‘We say YES’

We love to engage employees, raise awareness of disability, challenge myths, open minds to diversity, and start real conversations. A webinar allows us to reach hundreds of people across any company. Our original program includes three inclusive webinars. Part 1: “Disability: Facts and Myths” – opens teams up to diversity. Part 2: “Say YES to Inclusive Savoir-Vivre” – focuses on inclusive etiquette and how to collaborate with colleagues with disabilities. Part 3: “Say YES Together” – features inspiring live sessions with people with disabilities.

  • A series of engaging newsletters:
    “Feel the power of diversity”

You can’t build a culture of diversity with just one event. Webinars and training sessions are merely the first step on your journey toward inclusion. We help companies continue down that path with monthly newsletters on disability. Each issue delivers a clear dose of knowledge – often referencing important events, such as Diversity Month. They also include inspirational quotes and profiles of noteworthy individuals. We write about topics like inclusive language, disability certificates, neurodiversity, Deaf culture, and mental health.

  • Online quiz & webinar:
    “Two Agathas challenge stereotypes”

Agatha Robińska and Agatha Spała-Zakrzewska invite your team to join an engaging online event for up to 500 participants. The session features an interactive, disability-themed quiz covering 12 key areas – each introduced with a brief webinar and followed by an open discussion. The quiz is hosted on a platform that tracks scores, and the top three participants receive inspiring books as prizes. This unique format raises awareness and fosters inclusion by helping employees better understand the needs of their colleagues with disabilities.

  • Disability experience journey:
    “Two Agathas challenge perspective”

How do you move around the office in a wheelchair? How do blind people use a computer? What does overstimulation feel like for a neurodivergent person? Employees explore these questions during an inclusive journey through 8 interactive stations offering a first-hand look at living with a disability. The several-hour event is hosted on company premises. Participants gain insight into daily challenges – from navigating neurodiversity in VR to age-related limitations with an aging suit. We also involve volunteers and use gamification to build empathy and show how to offer support.

  • Webinars and workshops:
    "YES to Inclusive Leadership"

We believe that inclusive leadership is the foundation of real change. Our educational programme for managers includes a series of targeted webinars. “Strategic about Diversity,” designed for C-Suite and other top-level executives, focuses on launching inclusive initiatives. “At Work, We’re All Equal” builds managers' skills in leading diverse teams. “Equal Doesn’t Mean the Same” explores how reasonable accommodations can help level the playing field in the workplace. Finally, “Inclusive Language & Savoir-vivre” offers guidance on respectful communication with colleagues with disabilities.

Inclusive recruitment

  • Inclusive recruitment and selection:
    “Say YES to Candidates”

This is a recruitment programme tailored for people with disabilities – designed to match both their diverse needs and the employer’s expectations for a specific role. We combine HR expertise (briefing, EB, sourcing, selection, evaluation) with full attention and sensitivity to candidates, supporting them at every stage. The programme also includes inclusive education for HR teams, employee volunteering, and DEI/ESG-based activities – such as a live session between candidates with disabilities and an employer discussing careers in a given field or industry (“Say YES to Career”).

  • HR training module:
    “Say YES on board”

Every month, large companies welcome new employees and run onboarding programmes. This is a perfect opportunity for HR to include an extra training module on disability inclusion. We’re happy to help – we can create a dedicated programme along with a training plan and presentation, as well as prepare internal coaches. Together, we’ll show all new employees that there is no diversity without disability, challenge prevailing myths, and encourage staff to join volunteering initiatives or a disability-focused ERG (Employee Resource Group).

  • Online Workshop for HR:
    “Hire Inclusively”

How do you prepare for hiring people with disabilities? How can you attract candidates from this group? What reasonable accommodations should be offered, depending on the type of disability? We will answer these and other questions during a workshop designed specifically for HR teams. It serves as a source of knowledge and inspiration on the subject of an inclusive recruitment process. Additionally, it helps organize recruiters' existing knowledge and provides an opportunity to ask questions and clarify any doubts.

  • Meetings with inclusive employers:
    ‘Say YES to Career’

A series of open online meetings for people who despite their disabilities want to grow, succeed, and build their careers. These sessions offer a chance to meet inclusive employers and find out about real working conditions in a given industry. Participants also learn what necessary steps to take in order to start a career in a specific role – and they can ask questions that really matter. We've already hosted meetings with over 200 participants, including representatives from ISS, Lotte Wedel, and Grant Thornton. Are you an inclusive employer? Join us and support people with disabilities in their career development.

Supporting activities

  • Rate Increase Programme:
    "Say YES to Declarations"

In almost every company, there are people who have a disability certificate but, for reasons aplenty, do not report this fact to their employers. There are also people who could apply for a certificate yet are unaware of it. The programme aims to build a culture of openness to disability, so that an employee can declare their disability without any fear. To this end, we implement comprehensive and long-term educational activities (6-12 months) and provide anonymous support in applying for such a certificate. As a result, the employment rate of people with disabilities increases without an actual increase in hiring.

  • Workplace accessibility audit:
    “YES, that’s right!”

The audit allows for assessing a company's readiness to employ people with various disabilities, among others, through their participation in the audit. It is not only an assessment of architectural accessibility but also specific guidelines on how to enhance accessibility levels. It also provides information about positions where it is easiest to find candidates and what risk factors to pay attention to (OHS). The audit results in a report which subsequently serves as the foundation of workplace adaptation processes to accommodate the needs of people with disabilities, which we also support through post-audit follow-up activities.

  • Webinar and Expert Helpline:
    “Say YES to Certification”

Who can apply for a disability certificate? What does the process look like, and how long does it take? What benefits can one expect in the workplace and beyond? Our disability certification expert will answer these questions and more – first during a webinar for all employees, and then through a dedicated helpline and inbox. Our expert provides individual support, helping employees fill out forms and documents, prepare for the committee hearing, and navigate a potential appeal against the committee’s decision. Employees appreciate the foundation’s anonymous support, which makes it easier for them to make this important decision.

  • PFRON Training:
    "Say YES to Disability Regulations"

What are HR’s responsibilities when employing people with disabilities? When and how can your company apply for additional funding from PFRON – the Polish State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled People? This training equips your HR and finance teams with the knowledge and confidence to handle PFRON settlements smoothly – step by step, without unnecessary stress. We cover all required formalities and provide practical answers to common questions from staff responsible for managing this process. Additionally, we offer post-training support and can even assist with settlements directly.

Why choose us

  • Monika Zaborska
 Project Manager,
    Motorola Solutions

Working with the foundation gave a positive boost to our culture of openness to diversity. We took part in several disability inclusion initiatives, including educational newsletters and webinars. It all led to the campaign known as “Say YES to Declarations”, which explained in detail how to declare a disability and apply for certification. The foundation also inspired us to launch new initiatives within our employee group focused on disability and mental health in the workplace.

  • Dominika Wójcik Recruiting & Internal
    Mobility Expert, mBank

As part of the “Say YES to Candidates” programme, the foundation carried out an inclusive recruitment process for us, focusing on hiring people with disabilities for a specialist role in our Contact Center. The process combined high professionalism—from briefing and sourcing to selection—with great care and sensitivity toward the candidates. Several of them were hired.
We also participated in an inspiring “Say YES to Career” session, where we had the opportunity to speak directly with people with disabilities about building a career in banking.
