400 people joined the “We say YES” webinar at Orange Polska

Five people pose for a group photo in a studio with a colorful backdrop and a sign reading “Cześć” (Polish for “Hi”). In the background, set decorations include books, icons, and a shelf. Microphones lie on the table.

An impressive 400 employees said "We say YES!" by joining a webinar for the Orange Polska team. We met in their fantastic studio to talk about practical support for employees with disabilities.

What did the session look like?

Our host, Agata Robińska, president of the foundation, led a conversation with Izabela Chocianowska (Wellbeing Manager) and Michał Dondalski (Head of Occupational Health and Safety) — both representing Orange Polska.

The focus was on the company’s internal programme “YES for Health”, which has supported employees with disabilities at Orange Polska since 2013. It offers financial support, additional medical services, and workplace adjustments. You can read more in our report: [link].

Izabela and Michał also presented the results of an internal satisfaction survey on the programme’s effectiveness. They announced changes based on employee feedback and introduced new benefits.

A special moment came when employees with disabilities and managers of inclusive teams shared how the programme has impacted their work and lives. They all emphasized that attentiveness is a key trait of inclusive leaders.

As a foundation, we also offered an expert support line to help employees at Orange Polska apply for disability certificates — for themselves or their loved ones.

Thank you to everyone who joined the webinar. Your energy and openness were truly inspiring. Orange Polska — you are an Employer who says YES! ❤️
