How to prepare the onboarding process for employees with disabilities?
The onboarding process for new employees should always be conducted with due attention. What should we pay special attention to when welcoming a person with a disability on board? The key is to gradually build an inclusive organizational culture. How to approach this? Where to start?
Additionally, many employers do not recruit people with disabilities. They fear special needs or requirements and the necessity of appropriately adapting the workplace. Is this justified? Is hiring a person with a disability always a significant challenge and requires costly preparations?
We will answer these questions during the OLX webinar, hosted by Agata Robińska, president of the TAKpełnosprawni Foundation, and Marta Pigla, coordinator of the "Recruitment on YES" project.
