At Procter & Gamble Poland, the inclusion of persons with disabilities is already part of the culture — built on empathy, accessibility and equal opportunities.

That is why, at the P&G Gillette plant in Łódź, we were able to move straight into hybrid workshops for leaders, focused on managing teams diverse in terms of disability and ability.

We talked about accessibility, everyday communication, competencies, recruitment and reasonable accommodations — both at a strategic and practical level.

We worked systemically, using specific examples and scenarios from everyday team management.

Because we believe that the foundation of an inclusive organisation is conscious leadership — leadership that does not stop at declarations, but takes action.
