Summing up this year, we're proud of the progress we've made toward a more inclusive and diverse job market, especially concerning disability inclusion. We hope that the coming year brings even more initiatives among Polish employers, effectively increasing the conscious employment of people with disabilities. We're also grateful for the past year, particularly the recent months, which have been intense and promising. We've partnered with new companies eager to include people with disabilities in their teams, and we'll continue to support them in this journey. Here are some of the "Employers who say YES" and our joint initiatives from the last quarter of 2024, heralding what's to come in 2025:
- BNP Paribas Bank Polska: Hosted the “Let's say YES together” webinar with Krystyna Włodarek, focusing on individuals with visual impairments, assistive technologies, and workplace stereotypes.
- McCormick Polska: Launched a six-month inclusion program, including the "Facts and Myths about Disability" webinar and a series of educational newsletters.
- Capgemini: Organized the “Let's say YES together” webinar featuring Rafał Rocki, a Polish Paralympic athlete, discussing determination, ambition, and supporting others.
- Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy: Conducted the "Change Your Perspective – with the Agathas" event, offering hands-on experiences of disabilities, and continued the series of educational newsletters.
- Leroy Merlin: Initiated the long-term project "Opening spaces without barriers," starting with educational newsletters and the "Facts and Myths about Disability" webinar.
- LUX MED: Held the "Change Your Perspective – with the Agathas" event, providing experiential stations to understand disabilities.
Beiersdorf Polska: Embarked on a long-term inclusion program, including the "Change Your Perspective – with the Agathas" event, a series of educational newsletters, the "At Work, We're All the Same" webinar for management, and the "Make it Work" architectural and workplace audit. - Hitachi Energy: Hosted the "Change Your Perspective – with the Agathas" event, offering experiential learning about disabilities.
- KRUK S.A.: Organized the "Change Your Perspective – with the Agathas" event and the interactive quiz "Break the Stereotypes – with the Agatas."
- Hutchinson: Conducted the "At Work, We're All the Same" training for management, the "Make it Work" workplace and architectural audit, and launched a series of educational newsletters.
- Motorola Solutions: Held another "Change Your Perspective – with the Agathas" event, providing hands-on experiences to understand disabilities.
