We are proud to share that our work has received international recognition as part of the global Beiersdorf – Care Beyond Skin initiative.

The purpose of this initiative is to support causes that truly matter – and one of its three key pillars is the inclusion of persons with disabilities.

For us, this recognition is a clear signal that consistent action toward a more inclusive labour market truly makes a difference. Education and a shift in perspective lead to real, measurable change.

In particular, this acknowledgement relates to our collaboration with Beiersdorf Poland. Together with the project leaders – Agnieszka Idczak-Stysiak, Lucyna Janc, and Dominika Podemska – we deliver educational initiatives and inclusive recruitment projects.

“[…] Thank you for your dedication, passion, and the positive change you bring to so many lives. Your efforts inspire us and make a real difference in building a more inclusive society. We are proud to stand alongside you in driving positive change and look forward to continuing our collaboration.

– Agnieszka Idczak-Stysiak, HR Manager, Beirsdorf Poland

We are deeply grateful for these meaningful words. To the entire Beiersdorf Polska team — including Tomasz Żurawski and Joanna Ulińska – thank you for your engagement, openness, and true partnership.

Together, let’s continue to say YES to inclusion ❤️
